Final template

Working out all the dimension. This took a long time because I did so many mistake when doing my trials in normal card board. Just a milimeter different can turn it to another angle. I should measure everything carefully frist before cutting that out.

Start cutting the template. This was really hard and i made a mistake that cutting through the board where it supported to be folded

This time I decided to make the back of the chair lower so my template of chair can fix into 1 xanita board.

Locking system at the bottom of the chair

So many trials that i have made for the back of this chair as this is an important part of the chair. I think the lower back will work because it can support the chair stronger and it doesn't required a lot of material.
